We collect an account number from the user when they sign up for recurring payments. We had a guy submit the wrong account number and we need to get it changed. I can't seem to find a screen that will allow me to do that. Please advise.

As this message is in the Checkout Pages, I am assuming this has been done on a regular checkout page. The feature is available in Connect so please go in Connect & update the recurring information.

Sorry but many aspects of the recurring are not editable as they had been entered by the patron.
Only the credit card, email, and address may be changed as the billing information may change. If you wish to redo the transaction you may cancel the recurring and using the virtual terminal in Connect process it again using the card on file feature.
