    We have a C&P Payment widget for donations on our website. We've been getting the error Sorry, your payment did not go through.
    Please Try again or contact your bank.
    This is not a bank issue because it's being sent to multiple people. The virtual terminal is working so I'm thinking this might have something to do with the widget's connection to C&P from the site? Any ideas to to solve this?

    Good day!

    The issue is not with the widget but the user was blocked in the fraud system. You may easily verify this if you review the transaction in Connect - the Fraud field will show Blocked.

    The IP address 67.131.104.38 was blocked and as such it had resulted in blocking the entire persona of all the transactions. We removed all those blacklist entries.

    It seems like you are transacting through the form for various card holders. Is this what is going on?

    The same IP shows many transactions with different cards, names, emails, all back to back in rapid succession. It is an extremely fraudulent looking pattern.

    Is your organization processing credit cards on behalf of the donors?
