  • Recurring Donation Began Before Making Changes to CheckOut Page

    Hello,

Our Annual Giving CheckOut Page is processing some recurring donations. After these donations began, I tweaked the campaign name. The recurring donations however, continue to process with the old campaign name. Is there a way to change their campaign name, either in C&P or Salesforce?

Support should already have access to our acccount, SF Org ID: 00Do0000000J2Mz

    Thank you!

    Good day @Jamie,

Currently the campaign cannot be changed in a recurring. The original recurring runs until finished.

The following KB article explains how certain aspects of a recurring payment: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/con...urring-Payment

I have requested this to be added in a future update.

If in your recurring you are using SKU, the campaigns may automatically be changed through Salesforce by mapping SKU's to Campaigns in the C&P Settings > Opportunities > Primary Campaign Source

    Hope that answers your question.

Thank you for the reply, that does answer my question.

However, I have tried to map SKU's to campaigns and I run into an issue with the 18 digit campaign ID. my Salesforce campaigns have 15 digit IDs. Is there another ID you're speaking of?

        Good day!

Are you referring to the campaign ID in Salesforce?

Name:	2477-CampaignID.jpg
Views:	1
Size:	131.0 KB
ID:	15685

The field allows for auto-completing the name. Simply type the name of the campaign and the system will show you the matches. Once selected it will place the ID in the field.

Please let us know if this is not what you are referring to.
