Should C&P recurring transactions post in Salesforce Recurring Opportunities?

We have a number of CnP recurrings we processed via batch and some that donors set up. Should those donations show up as well in the Salesforce Recurring Donations (opportunities)? or are they mutually exclusive.

Recurring donations are posted to our C&P Recurring object. Salesforce does NOT have anything called recurring - if you are referring to the NPSP recurring we don't post to that object as its structure is completely different from how we work.
