We have a monthly donor with a recurring donation. She had one email address when the recurring donation was initiated and it has since been updated (in salesforce). However, her monthly receipt still shows her old email address and every month she asks us to update the email even though we explain to her that we do have the correct email address in her record. This has happened in the past with other donors and it seems to create a lack of trust.
Aside from cancelling the recurring donation and creating a new one, how can we update the email address on her monthly emailed receipts?
