Need Help with Editing Checkout pages

I want to change my custom questions and contact field text. The custom questions I created are not showing up on the page. Color and heading edits I have been making are also not showing on page, but are in the edit section.

I want to change the in memory/ in honor of contact field text. How do I do this?

May I have the link to the page you are using? It is hard for us to figure out what is going on without seeing the actual page, given all the different forms you may be using.

The header photo is now correct. I basically want to change the text of the contact fields for the In memory or in honor section. I want to reword how it asks for the name and email of the recipient, instead of "Please give the name of the recipient," I want it to reflect acknowledgements and say "Please give the name of the person you would like to send acknowledgement of this gift." We want to make this change because one of our donors gave in memory of someone who passed and listed the deceased person's name and email address as the recipient of the gift. A receipt email was sent to the deceased person's email address. To make this less confusing for users, we wanted to clarify that that is actually where acknowledgements are sent. I tried to add custom questions clarifying that, but they appear on the checkout page, not on the contact field step. If there is another way to change the text that is already on the contact field for the recipient of the gift?

I am curious if you are aware of the Connect platform? The form you are using is a legacy form and as such not as flexible.

In the Advanced Checkout Page, that you are using, the "In Honor of" cannot be changed but custom questions may be added as you wish. If you wish to use the Catalog page I suggest that you disable the "In Memory or In Honor of" fields and add your own custom questions exactly as you want it.

Thank you so much! For short-term purposes, I have removed the default in memoriam/honor of question. I went ahead and added custom questions to the check out page. How do I make sure the email address and name entered in the questions I created is who/where an acknowledgement email/receipt is sent?

For custom questions, acknowledgement email/receipt won't send automatically. The above workaround is to get the information (name and email of recipient ) through custom questions and sending it manually.
