Hello, My organization uses Gravity Forms to capture donations and payments from our website. When I look at the receipts that are generated, it shows that all of them filter through one form in Click&Pledge. The problem is that they are all getting receipted as if they made a tax deductible donation; which is not the case for those making payments. Is there a way so that forms that capture payments are receipted without the tax language and forms that capture donations are receipted with it? Thank you.

Good day!
Currently the system does not set tax deductible in GravityForm. There are a lot of limitations in GF, forcing us to come up with workarounds for this type of functionality that exists in our other forms. It is something that has been brought up before and we are working on it.
It may also help if we know the Order Number as well as access to your Salesforce instance so we can also review the posted data.Regards,
