  • Issue with Donation Form

    Yesterday a donor tried to donate using our donation form on this page: http://donordirectaction.org/activists/synergie/ He got error messages when trying to fill in the state for his address and the expiration date for his credit card (both images attached). We tried it on our desktop, Android and iPhones and it worked. Do you have any sense of what the issue may be?

    Good day!

    It seems to be issue with their internet connection which doesn't let the page to load completely. We never show those fields as empty in the form, by default it say the "Select State" and other current year i.e. 2016

      Good day mmessinger

      Do you know what browser the donor was using? We test the forms with all the latest versions as well as one older version of each browser on all operating systems. We do not support older browsers such as Internet Explorer 10 or earlier.

      If you can find out what browser the person was using we may be able to research this further.

        Thank you for your response. I will see if there is some way to find out what browser the donor was using. I will get back to you as soon as I have information.

          The donor just got back to us and the form worked. The donor did not say what browser he used, but evidently it it now working for him. Thanks for your assistance and input.

            It almost seems like the page did not load completely.
