    Yep! that is great.

    Now take a look at that line - The following describes what it says - hopefully it helps in the future.

    Your account: 19484
    WID: 47465 (this is the page that is being used for this transaction)
    Internal-PaaS01: The server that processed this transaction
    PaaS:2016xxxx: The version number of the API that processed this transaction

    So now let us review WID: 47465

    The information is probably coming from the Default pages in the portal.

    The only way we can determine the source of this information is to see the very last line in the receipt. If you open the receipt and scroll to the bottom (& I mean bottom) there is a line with a small font that has a set of numbers showing the source of various aspects of the transaction.

    Please post that to this thread so we can determine where it is coming from.

  • Need to update address and contact information on receipt

    Hello,

    It has come to our attention that even though we have updated our company's address and contact information under Your Profile > Account Information, our receipt still has an old address and contact information for a former employee. How can we change this template to reflect the correct information? I've included a screenshot so you know which template I'm referencing.
