  • Declined Transactions Not in Click & Pledge or Salesforce


    We have had multiple individuals over the past few days contact us to let us know that they were getting a declined message on our website and were unable to donate. When we go to find them in Click & Pledge or Salesforce, there is no record of a declined transaction. It's as though the information never made it to Click & Pledge, but, using form as a service, we have set our website to display a different error message in the off chance that Click and Pledge is unreachable. Is there any reason other than a declined transaction that a declined message might be communicated to our website through form as a service?

    Good day!

    It looks like some incorrect information was entered and our fraud scanner blocked their transactions. In this case we don't post the transactions to the Salesforce. We have removed this so they should be able to complete their transactions now.
