Notification of Declined Recurring Payment?nm

Good day!

When a recurring payment declines we notify the main contact of the organization. As the organization you will receive an email but we do not send the email to the donor as our clients want to contact the donor directly.

Please review your account and make sure the primary account email is not blocking us.

Is there a way to receive notice when a recurring payment's credit card is declined?

Currently those donations just stop with no notice to us or the client and we have no way of notifying them to update their credit card.
