  • Recurring Payment not showing in Salesforce

    Good Morning,

    I set up a new recurring transaction and the first installment was charged per the click & pledge recurring donations page but it is not showing up in Salesforce as the rest of our c&p transactions.
    Please advise

    The most probable reason is your connection.

    Is your Salesforce connected to C&P?

      Thank you. Yes, Salesforce is connected to C&P - all other transactions are going through. Please let me know what I can provide to have you look at the specific transaction.

        Good day!

        Our system shows that on 2/4/2015 at 8:02 a.m. EST your connection failed due to login error. The transaction that was tried could not post to Salesforce and any other transaction afterwards until the connection was reset could not have been posted either.

        You may find and post any transaction that has failed using the steps listed above.
