Change Charge Name ("I understand this charge will appear...")

I have talked to Transfirst. The name that wll appear on bank statements/Credit Card Statements is "Coalition for Engaged Education". If you can make that change it would be much appreciated.

There are 2 parts to the answer:

- Transfirst needs to change the name as it appears on the credit card.
- We can change the information that appears on the receipt.

I will go ahead and make the change for you but what we change here only applies to the receipt. Transfirst has to notified so the credit card descriptor shows your new name.

Let us know if you wish for us to change it now - noting that without Transfirst's change the receipt message will not be correct.

We signed up with Click and Pledge while we were in the midst of changing our name, and so set the receipt name to say "New Visions - CEE Youth".

We'd like it to read Coalition Engaged Education (or Coalition Engaged Ed, if the first is too long). Do we need to talk with Transfirs, or can you handle that?
