  • MOVED: how to set recurring donation

    I created a default page.
I created a recurring policy "Subscription ChooseEndDate", which recurres "By End Date".
    I edit default page
    Step 2
    Select a recurring policy
    "Subscription ChooseEndDate"
    I save the changes.
I see the Default page shows "Select a recurring policy" with value "Subscription ChooseEndDate".
I go to the live site, but I do not see calendar picker. Instead, I see the by Periods option.

What do I need to change?

    Rich,

I am not sure what you mean. Which application are you using? Are you referring to a checkout page or are you referring to the API? The message is posted to the API forum. In the API naturally we don't control your GUI- you design the GUI and just post the values as an XML to the API web services.

Please explain further since your question is not all that clear within the context of the forum it is posted to.

      Maybe wrong forum

I may have posted to the wrong forum. If so, (1) Sorry!, (2) Can you please direct me to the right forum?

I am using the "Wizard" functionality (not the API), and prefer to solve my issue by using that interface if possible.

      Thanks.
