How do I turn off the E-check option? I unchecked it in the campaign but it still shows up when people register. I also want to remove the option in salesforce for someone manually entering the information.

Do you have a link to the checkout page you are using? Since you have posted this question in the Checkout pages section of the forum I am assuming you are referring to the checkout pages in the Portal.

In the catalog pages your option is in the accepted cards:




and if you are using the regular checkout pages (easyPages) then it is in the Account Info: see below:

There are two places I need to remove it from. I looked at your examples above and did not see these options.

What application is this question related to? I need to move this thread to the correct channel. Is this a Salesforce question? If so is it Event or Payment?
