It is possible that they were deleted. Is there any way to clear those transactions out of temporary contacts? At this point, we'd just like to get rid of them.Leave a comment:

Good day!
We have reviewed your instance & our log files and are quite baffled.
The registration record has been deleted. There is no other way for this record to have disappeared. The C&P Data has posted successfully and all should be in order but given we do not post all the registration information for processing we only have the registrant information.
Has anyone deleted these records? That is the only explanation.Leave a comment:

Temp Contacts that can't be cleared
Hello,
I spoke to Kami a bit ago about the problems I'm having trying to clear 2 Temporary Contact listings for Desiree Doucet dated march 17, 2016. Kami suggested finding the order numbers in Connect and re-pushing. I did that but I still have those two listings in Temporary Contacts and I am still getting this message when I click to try to clear either one of them: List has no rows for assignment to SObject An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS_EVT).
It is possible that our Treasurer tried to delete these two transactions as I believe Desiree tried to register/pay for our event multiple times and was declined several of those. We created a contact for Desiree and were able to move all but the two remaining transactions - order # 1603171821183708978 and order # 1603171820376648978 from Temporary Contacts.
I have granted you 3-day access to our SalesForce instance in the hopes that you can resolve these two transactions for us.
Thank you!
Suzi
