Changing banks - need click and pledge name and ACH ID

We are in the process of changing banks and our new bank needs your official name and ACH ID number. Where can I get this?

Would it also be possible to get a copy of our current contract with C&P? Our salesforce org ID is 00D300000006WoJ.

You need to call Transfirst. The phone number should be on your statement. I can have our support send it to you if you do not have it.

As for the contract, we do not have the contracts as they are directly signed with Transfirst. If you wish to see details of terms please submit a ticket to http://help.clickandpledge.com and request the rate information. Click & Pledge does not have a term for the contract as it is month-to-month and it may be cancelled anytime.
