Minimum for Recurring Transactions

Hi,

We are trying to set up recurring transactions on a checkout page. We have set the recurring policy (monthly) without issue. However, is there a minimum amount for a monthly recurring we need to plan around? We were hoping to do $5.

Good day Abhi,

To set limit on the recurring you need to define a recurring policy.

By default there is a $1 minimum donation requirement for subscription recurring and $2 for installment recurring. The minimum payment, by default, is $1.

To set a policy you need to go to Account Info > Recurring Policy (see below)



of course this is ONLY defined for the checkout pages and not custom API forms. If you are working with an API form you have designed then it has to be programmed for your form as part of your logic. The API forms are not controlled by the portal as I am sure you can see why.
