Leveraging URLreferrer to set Primary Campaign Source on Opportunity creation

I love how you can set record types & primary campaign sources via SKU.

Is it possible to leverage the URL from which the form was posted (URLreferrer) to specify the Primary Campaign Source of the Opportunity C&P creates?
