Products won't post to Checkout page

Hello,
We are trying to get gift certificates to post to one of our check out pages. We have read the manual and watched the videos but alas no luck.

Are you trying to add a product to this page and it is not appearing?

Is the product set to Active?

In reviewing your account, you have the following pages:



and the following products:



Please let me know which product you are trying to add to which page.

If a product does not show it could be due to any of the following reasons:

• Display status: should be active
• Display schedule: Start date has to be greater or equal to NOW and Stop date should be less than NOW
• Inventory: If used the total remaining has to be greater than 0

Once we know which product you are trying to use we can figure out why it is not showing.
