    Hi - I issued a refund to a credit card last January and need a receipt for this. The transaction doesn't show up in a transaction report. Please advise.

    Good day!

    The system does not currently send a receipt for credits. You may alter the receipt that was sent and forward it to the client.

    The reports show all credits & voids. Please let me know the date and first name and last initial so we can review your account and provide you with instructions on how to see it. You may also send us the Order Number and we can locate it.

    The detailed or consolidated report has a column that shows "Settled", "Credit", "Void" - you should see this in the downloaded report for that day.

      I am having a similar issue and would like to be able to pull a report for credited gifts. I haven't been able to successfully do this, where could I find instructions? thank you.
