  • Please help with MPHA registration page error

Hello, I was on the Click & Pledge live forum with Kamran today. I was not able to solve my issue with one specific registration level - Patron. Every other level clicks thru to the actual registration page where I can add name, address, etc. With the PATRON level - I get an error from Sales force that we don't have permission and/or we're not logged in.

https://mapublichealth.secure.force....a000000IgCkAAK is the error message. Not authorized.

Please help me resolve this so that I can post the sponsorship link on our website, thanks. Michele McQ

Here is the other error message that I get which is found in Box Office. Map key 1 not found in map Error is in expression '{!Attendeeslabel_int_str[multipleAttendeeForm1]}' in component <apex:repeat> in page cnp_paas_evt:externalregistrationpage

    thanks, Michele

        Good day!

We do not have access to this instance. You have posted this twice: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/for...t-s-front-page

Once we have access we can review.

            Good day!

We have tested this extensively and do not see any issues.

Would you please list step by step registration process you go through to see this. We have cloned your event and tested it extensively without any issues.

Once we have your steps we will be able to narrow down the issue and fix the permission issue you seem to be having.

Good morning. I appreciate your testing of the system. But the issue is with only one sponsorship level - the Patron Level ($750) as I indicated in my first post above. It's the only one I get the error message on and I showed this to Kamran on Thursday last week. Can you please help me fix today? Thanks in advance for your assistance. Michele

Thank you! I see that it's working now. I so appreciate the help.

I can't find my other post - as I believe you are only supposed to list one problem in each post. But I was also looking for help to get the picture up on both our event pages. I posted that last week on the Event Management forum I believe. But I can't find it now. Thanks. Michele

                  Good day!

We resolved the image issue you had. The images were referenced to the internal Salesforce's document folder rather than the public site. We resolved it and it works now.

Please test it and let us know if we can be of more help.
