Org information on e-receipts

We processed several recurring donations via virtual terminal. The e-receipts for these transactions did not include our address/organizational information. Other e-receipts, such as those for transactions initiated by the donor, includes this information.

We have checked "settings" and see that address/org information is listed correctly.

How can we get address/org information on e-receipts for recurring transactions that we process?

Recurring receipts cannot be changed once they are set. We are currently working on adding this feature in the Connect platform.

The receipt information for receipt is in the VT Settings tab. See below:

This will NOT appear on the old recurring transactions. Only the new ones will use this.

Once a recurring has been made the receipt is simply replicated from the first one and no changes will be reflected in the old receipts.

In order for the information to be on all receipts for recurring donations, would you recommend that we cancel the old ones and re-enter them all as new recurring donations? We must have this information on the receipts, because we reference it as the means to for a donor to cancel.

I just tested this by setting up a recurring donation for myself. The receipt I received still does not include org information. How do we solve this?
