Making changes to information on system receipt

My name, title and e-mail address appears on the system receipt sent from Click&Pledge when someone makes an online donation. How do I change my title on this receipt? I know how to make these changes to the autoresponders in Salesforce, but not the system receipts that are sent from Click & Pledge.

I don't think this answers my question. I followed the link you've provided above, but the instructions are for changing my organization name. I don't need to change my organization name. At the end of the system receipt, my name appears with my title and e-mail address. My title is incorrect. Since all donors using our online donation form are receiving an autoresponder e-mail from Salesforce with my correct information, my information does not need to be included on the system receipt and can be removed completely. Do I follow the same instructions you've provided to remove my personal information from the system receipt?

My name, title and e-mail address appear at the bottom of the system receipt. My title is incorrect. Since donors using our online donation form receive an auto responder e-mail from Salesforce with my information, I don't need it on the system receipt. How can I remove my name, title and e-mail from the bottom of the system receipt?

Is this the information you are trying to change?

I am sorry if I am not understanding the question. If your issue is different please post here the Order Number from the receipt so we can review the receipt and figure out where the information is coming from.

No, this is not the information I'm trying to change. At the bottom of the system receipt my name appears along with "Development Director" and my email address. It is in a different font than the rest of the information on the receipt. Here's an order number from a recent receipt: 1602091128127591016
