Admin Permissions for Give Big

I added a new user -- Rachel -- as a CnP admin. She attempted to log in to our Give Big account. When she logs in, she is directed to the general Give OUT Day page rather than our organization page. How do I fix this?

Good day @Radha,

Your organization has 2 accounts with C&P.

The one for the GiveOut Day is account # 31410 and that account is not the one you have added the user to.

Please add the user to this account & test it.
