Double the Donation

Please note that this is an API form so you may type whatever you want above it.

The reason we worked with DTD on this integration was to remove clutter from your forms. Their logo was quite dominant and as such was creating usability problem. We tested the logo with users and was creating issues as to where to click and what the interaction is.

By making this extremely generic it allows you to do whatever you want. You want to add the logo? go ahead and add it yourself. You want to type above it, it is your choice.

When dealing with API forms you want to make sure you don't add clutter to the client's form that they may not want. The assumption is you can add whatever you want.

The form with DTD is designed to be placed outside a payment form or as a stand alone on your site. It is not designed to be part of a much larger form with lots of interactions. What we have is the best of all possible scenarios with maximum flexibility for you and no branding.

Thanks. The problem is that when I only put in your code, I just get a line asking people to type their company name. It doesn't give the Double the Donation logo or an explanation of why we're asking about employer. Screenshot attached. The code that I had in there did include an API key. I pasted that below (key x'd out for privacy)

Since you are using PHP we cannot see the code you have added. We ask that you add the code as we provide in the manual.

In reviewing the order number we do not see any nodes associated with the Double the Donation information. The data is not being posted to Salesforce. Please change the code to our posted code and test. Let us know the order number so we can review.

Also the following observations regarding your settings: These are all customizations associated with the Double The Donation. Of course these are all optional but collectively give you a lot of power.
