"Insufficient Privileges" error when "Download Full Report" from C&P Events.

    "Insufficient Privileges" error when "Download Full Report" from C&P Events.

    There's an archived event. Admin, that is I, can go into the report and Download Registrant Info. My colleague, who has ADMIN rights, but is not I, gets error.

    If an upgrade is needed to fix, please upgrade. Our ORG ID is 00Di0000000iLgx. You have access.

    FYI - We've already deleted the "deprecated" fields from Opportunity and Contacts, post upgrade to 3.51.

    Good day @BTAOregon,

    We have upgraded you as requested and tested the reports without any issues for the [email protected]. Please test it and let us know if you still have an issue. If your colleague still has the issue we need to ask for access to that account so we can login as that user as well as your admin account to make adjustments & test it.

    Release notes:Important Consideration:

    The following 2 points need to be considered as part of this update since you may see more temporary contacts than you had prior to this update.
    • C&P Temporary Contact: In the 4.1x release Event's temporary contacts are part of the global C&P Temporary Contacts. Any attendee that was previously in the Event's temporary contact is now in the C&P Temporary Contact tab.
    • Maintenance: The maintenance self-healing service (C&P Settings > Maintenance) reviews all C&P Data logs and attempts to fix any errors that may have resulted from the post. To resolve the error, the self-healing service will delete & re-posts the prior post. This action in most cases will resolve any error that might have happened due to NPSP's record locks, etc.

        Good day @BTAOregon,

        Please login as that user in your Salesforce instance and grant us access while logged in as that user. This way we can login as that user and test. Any other way we will not be able to actually make changes and test it.

        Let us know when we can login as that user.

          The only access that user can provide is to "Salesforce.com Support." There is no "Click and Pledge Support" option.

            Also, I have another user who is now getting a Insufficient Privileges error when trying to view C&P Temporary Contacts: https://cnp-paas.na15.visual.force.com/apex/CnP_TemporaryContact?sfdc.tabName=01ri0000000yaVw. This is a new error. What is going on?!?! All permissions seem correct (Modify, Edit, etc) for this user's profile: https://na15.salesforce.com/00ei0000...1Ii0000001dpOO.

              Good day!

              This is strange. The user does not have access to our app.

              We have permission sets that are designed for many variations of what our clients have asked for, e.g. Temp Contacts, Virtual Terminal, etc.

              Have you tried adding the permission sets? If we cannot login as that person I am not sure how we can test it.
