  • Trouble with auto responder

    I have autoresponders set up for several checkout pages. Sometimes they work but most of the time, they don't. I have gone tried to go through the steps carefully and still cannot find what I am doing wrong. I have watched the video numerous time to try to help me. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I have worked on this problem for months, get frustrated and just try to send a personal thank you. I have also tried using the queue from the contact page in SF but that is not working either.

    May I suggest that join the office hours so we can review your setting and compare the data being posted to the autoresponder setting?

    The best way to figure out what is going on is to review the C&P Data post for the transaction that you believe has not triggered the email. Check to see if the variables exist in the C&P Data.
