Our Virtual Terminal used to allow us to choose Custom Payment Type to process donations but now it keeps giving Error 2910. I check the Accepted Cards page and cannot add in anything other than the 4 major credit cards already there. How do I make Cash/Check/etc a real option?

The issue is you had disabled custom payment type in the Portal. I enabled it for you but see the following:
It should work now.
The error code you are referring to relates to "not supported payment method".
