Correct Receipts and reissue

Greetings,

Somehow/someone reset the tax deductible percentage on one of our donation categories - so all receipts during year end went out incorrectly. I need to send out new receipts - but after I corrected the percentage the receipts still reflect the inaccurate tax-deductible amount.

How can I issue corrected receipts?

Sorry but receipts cannot be modified once they are sent. When values are changed in the form they will affect the new transactions and not the old ones. Receipts are saved the way they were sent. This is by design to ensure accuracy of the state of transaction the way it was when the transaction was made.

The only way to send something else other than what has already been sent is to do it manually. Sorry but at this time it is not possible to alter an existing receipt.
