I have uploaded a pdf for sending as a cover sheet with receipts but there is no file shown being there even though there is indication the the file is uploaded successfully, and the letter is not being sent with the electronic receipt.

This question is in the API Platform channel and as such your question is a bit confusing.

Are you using the SOAP service or the FaaS forms?

Sorry for posting in the wrong forum. We're using PaaS and easyPages Checkout page. The issue is that I have uploaded a pdf of a letter that we wnat to send as a cover sheet with receipts. I see an indication that the file is uploaded successfully, but no file name shows there and the pdf is not attaching to the receipts.

We tested the PDF attachment and it works without any issues in our test instance. We do not want to upload a dummy file in your system as your patrons will get it if they donate.

Make sure to move to the next page when you upload the file as it needs to be saved. if you do not go to the end of the wizard the file will not be saved.

Please test it and let us know. If it still does not work please send us the file by sharing it using Dropbox or other file sharing sites and we will test it for you.

That seems to have worked. Will have to wait for the next donation to be sure. I think I had failed to "go to next step" all the way to the end of the wizard. Thanks.
