    I literally just added Click & Pledge to my website and my SF.

    I received a donation today and there are a few issues that I don't know how to correct...

    1. I have custom questions but the answers are not showing up in the details. This is vital for my record keeping.
    2. The contact is not showing up in SalesForce.

    Would someone be willing to look at it for me? I have granted access.

    The contacts are in the Temporary Contact.

    You are using the Semi-Automatic contact policy ( recommended setting ) and as such if a contact cannot be matched exactly per constraints it will automatically go to the C&P Temporary Contact for review & matching.
