Your client must be using an old version of Safari which is no longer supported by the PCI standards per low security key support. Click & Pledge, per PCI standards, blocks any attempt for connection using low grade security standards.
Please review & let us know what browser version your patron was using at the time of connection refusal.

Opening Checkout Portal in Safari Web Browser
Hi,
One of our subscribers has had difficulty opening a link to a checkout portal page. They see a message saying that Safari is unable to connect to the page because it can't establish a secure connection with co.clickandpledge.com . Can we change something in our settings to prevent this, or is it likely an issue with the subscribers software/ web connection etc?
