  • Opening Checkout Portal in Safari Web Browser


    One of our subscribers has had difficulty opening a link to a checkout portal page. They see a message saying that Safari is unable to connect to the page because it can't establish a secure connection with . Can we change something in our settings to prevent this, or is it likely an issue with the subscribers software/ web connection etc?

    Good day!

    Please see:

    Your client must be using an old version of Safari which is no longer supported by the PCI standards per low security key support. Click & Pledge, per PCI standards, blocks any attempt for connection using low grade security standards.

    Please review & let us know what browser version your patron was using at the time of connection refusal.
