One of our subscribers has had difficulty opening a link to a checkout portal page. They see a message saying that Safari is unable to connect to the page because it can't establish a secure connection with co.clickandpledge.com . Can we change something in our settings to prevent this, or is it likely an issue with the subscribers software/ web connection etc?
