    Good day!

There is no field on the form for asking the patron to identify the source of the phone. Mapping of phone is done with the C&P Settings area:

Name:	Mapping.jpg
Views:	44
Size:	53.0 KB
ID:	19761

Of course not knowing which phone is which mapping it will not possible.

One of the biggest challenges in the forms is how to minimize the number of questions and interactions. Engaging the donor for a long time with a form is not constructive and I am sure you agree that staying with a form answering questions constantly is only discouraging. Phone, email, address, card type, all being home, business, etc. etc. are all options that a donor has to provide but makes it hard and makes the form quite long needless to say the form on a mobile phone will become even more cumbersome.

If you want you may add custom questions and then map the custom questions accordingly using the Custom Question in the C&P Settings. It is an option that you may want to use.

    Hope that answers the question.

Phone number and email address mapping in Salesforce

On our checkout pages, required fields include phone and email. There is no way to know what these are - work or home (email and phone), or mobile (phone only). Do these fields get mapped as work phone and work email or home phone and home email in Salesforce? Is there any way to 1) map this info to Other Phone and Alternate Email in Saleforce or 2) add fields in the checkout pages so that phone type and email type are specified and then the mapping in SF is dependent on those type fields (similar to how you can set things up in Events)?
