    We reviewed and found that you are successfully established the connection in Connect but you will need to integrate under portal in order to fix the issue you have originally posted.

    Please login to the portal: https://portal.clickandpledge.com and follow the below image to re-establish the connection.

    Thank you for responding. I had actually done those very steps, and something was off to the point that when I tried to connect, it had temporarily disabled the connection between C&P and SalesForce altogether. We were receiving donations, but they were no longer posting to temporary contacts. That's since been fixed, but I still cannot get them integrated. Does this make sense?

    I have an issue as well. I'm at check out and want to apply a credit card, but when I select that payment option, I get a message saying "Sorry we can't find your account." Help!

    Testing an eVT

    Hello,

    You recently helped us set up and embed a Virtual Terminal in our Auctions for Salesforce App. I have experimented with "testing" the system, but I think I must be doing something wrong. I can successfully swipe and save a credit card number in the eVT, but when it's time to check out I can't find the appropriate reference for the transaction. C&P is sending "auction validation only" receipts, so I know all the parts are connected. Can you please advise me about the best way to test this express pay function, and the proper way to use it during the event?
