    Hello,

    I believe I have successfully credited a transaction through the C&P Virtual Terminal following the documentation instructions, as it no longer appears when I search for it. But there was no email confirmation sent to me, nor can I find a record of the credit in transaction reports through C&P or Salesforce. Is there any other way of confirming this credit went through aside from checking my bank statement to see if the funds were returned? Would be very helpful to assure my donor the credit has been issued.

    Good day @Manda,

    The report shows that the transaction has been credited. It will take 3-5 days for the credit to appear on the statement.

    Currently we don't issue a statement but it has been requested in the past and is in the road map to be added to the Connect platform in an upcoming release.
