How do I report a fraudulent charge?

My organization received a donation (payment) of $2200 from someone supposedly in Chicago that we don't know, and then received a follow up email from the "donor" stating that they had made a mistake and had intended to donate only $200. They then gave us a credit card # to which we should issue the refund. The last 4 digits of the credit cards do not match. When similar transactions/communications happened with our web store (not Click & Pledge), it turned out that the "donor" was making a donation on a stolen credit card and then looking for us to funnel $$ their way. I've been trying to figure out who to contact at Click & Pledge about this, so that the original $2200 payment can be investigated, but I cannot figure out how to notify anyone about this. Please let me know the date of the transaction and the first name and last initial used. We need to review the transaction profile.
