Security certificate issue when trying to view a Checkout page in IE / Chrome browser

Hello,

We have a user trying to register for an event, going to this page: https://co.clickandpledge.com/advanc...aspx?wid=70029. In both IE and Chrome, she gets a "NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID" error, with the message, "Your connection is not private".

Why is this happening, and what can she (and others who get this error) do to view the page?

all browsers tested show the SSL to be without any issues.

Please refresh your cache and try again. Let us know if you still experience problem.
