Crediting a Transaction

I have credited a transaction and run a report that shows that a refund has been made. Can Click & Pledge send me a confirmation of the refund?

The report is the only means we have of showing you a credit has been made.

We will add an email for this in an upcoming release but for now the report is the only proof of credit.

Donations page processing incorrect amounts

Thank you for this follow up. In trying to ascertain how a $100 donation I was processing was turned into a $250 donation (hence the need for a refund) I discovered that when I hover the mouse over the preset amounts, different amounts are showing up, e.g., $500 when I hover over $250. I have not encountered this prior to today. How do we get this fixed?

When you created the form you have entered invalid amounts that don't match your label. Please see:



The label is what shows up on the page and the Amount is what is being charged.

You have set it to show $10 but then charge $25 and $10 being tax deductible.

Please note that the label is designed to allow you to explain if you want for example: Membership, etc. So the text is what shows up as label and then an amount as added to the field will be charged.

I suggest that you immediately login and fix this since this is a major problem.
