Reporting: Cannot see Export Button

Hello,

We have been trying to obtain a list of donors for today. When I run, the reports (like I have seen in the tutorials) I do not see the export button. We have had donations today. Can someone please help/give pointers for what we might be doing wrong?

I have tried to view reports in IE, Firefox and Chrome.

Each Seattle Foundation organization has 2 accounts with Click & Pledge. One account is set up with the Organization as the account owner and the other is the one that the Seattle Foundation controls. The one controlled by the Seattle Foundation is the one that is used by GiveBig.

Your organization has the following accounts:

Account # 24853 - controlled by the Seattle Repertory Theatre
Account # 25310 - controlled by the Seattle Foundation

The user that has access to your 25310 account is: jennifer*****@seattlerep.org

Please login as that user and you will be able to download the report.
