    We have identified the problem. You are doing a lot of processing through a fixed IP which is triggering the fraud system.

    Please see the steps below to whitelist your IP and any repeated emails that you may be using:

    The following IP address was blocked: 75.183.79.110 and as a result any email address and signature of the donor was blocked and will be blocked until removed. If you wish to make repeated transactions PLEASE do not use the checkout pages and use the virtual terminal. The VT does not monitor fraud. Every transaction in your account is currently under review and we will notify you when the review is complete and the blocked information has been removed.

    The most recent one I tried was a card ending in "9639" and Don G. One of my coworkers brought to my attention the fact that we have been having trouble with the system not processing credit cards since we ordered two credit card swipers to be used on smart phone, tablets, etc. Is it possible that the system thinks we should only take payments through the swipers or that are online processing option was disabled?

    Good day!

    Please give us the Order # or the last 4 digit of the card + first name and last initial so we can locate the transaction.

    We should be able to find the decline reason.

    Credit Card Transactions not Processing

    I may be posting in the wrong thread, if so, I am sorry. Over the past two weeks I have had several credit card transactions that were declined on cards that had adequate funds and future expiration dates. I tried again this afternoon and received the error again. What information do you need from me in order to check into the issue?
