When a user's credit card fails (either due to expiration or other reason) are they sent a notification, or is it only me as the administrator for our C&P that gets the notification? Does the donor have any way to update the credit card info him/herself without going through me?

Good day @SherryLH;
The donor will not be notified as we leave it for the organization to communicate this with the card holder. To change the credit card you have to take care of it for the donor.
This is an upcoming feature where you can create an email and the card holder will be able to update their card.
Hope that answer the question.Regards,

I was wondering if this feature has been implemented, yet.
My staff would like our donors to get these notifications and have the ability to update their own billing info without having to call us.
