Whenever I create a transaction, starting in Salesforce and going to a contact record, going to the virtual terminal link, when I enter the country, the contact's state is wiped out. Nothing else gets wiped out, just the state. So, when I go to process the transaction, I get an error and have to enter the state back in in two places. All very cumbersome with a donor on the phone. Is this a bug that you are aware of? Thanks!

If you have synced the country & state then the system tries to match the exact spelling of the country & state.
Please grant us login access and the Contact ID of a contact so we can review your settings & account.Regards,
