    I just posted before but my post is not displayed yet to add to.

    I just got an email from Leona on the External Support team. She said: "Your card was declined because Restricted card (of invalid region or country). Iím not sure if the form is adding or changing information that caused this but post into the forum as well."

    Good day @MeganNollet,

    That response is from the issuing bank and not one that we have any control over.

    Our system simply relays the message as sent back to us by the issuing bank. It is best if the card holder contacts the bank or issuing company and find out the reason for decline.
