Access account information?

Is there somewhere within my click and pledge account where I can view my processing rates? I was not the initial set up user and do not have a copy of our agreement/rates.

Prices are not shown in reports as certain cards do not qualify for the standard rate and are charged as non-qualified. Since we do not know which cards qualify and which don't, as the card companies do not identify them during the processing, our reports cannot show the right fee.

The monthly statements by Transfirst identifies each card and the fees respectively.
