  • Voided Transactions in Report Totals

    Hello:

While running a report on transactions in the virtual terminal I came to find that two voided transactions for $10,000 are being calculated in our total.
    I've attached a screenshot here:

Is there a way we can adjust these settings to omit voided transactions?

    Thank you!

      Good day!

The total you see in there is the Total of all processed transactions. If you download the report you will see the transactions and their status is void. The challenge is you may void a transaction in a different month and as such the report for one month includes the authorized then the next month shows a different value.

The value we show is accurate and the report will show the right transactions.

Sorry but removing those from the total will cause confusion for other clients. Perhaps we can come up with a filter to remove void/credit from the total number.

Is a filter possible? That is exactly what we are looking for. We would like that total to only reflect "real" dollars that have come in from donations.

        Thank you.
