  • Receipt Cover Page Not Showing Up After Uploading?

    I've uploaded (and confirmed its uploaded status) on my checkout page. I've attempted two trial donations from myself to the organization ($1 each) and yet each time the cover page didn't show up on my receipts. Is there a step I'm missing, or maybe a glitch in the system? I've attached the cover page , a 91 KB pdf, in a resized jpg version (jpg wasn't allowed to be updated to the receipt as a cover page. Please let me know of tips or ideas. Click image for larger version

    Good day!

    May I ask what you mean by the cover page?

    Are you referring to the PDF attachment that may be added to the system receipt? Are you uploading a PDF document?

      Yes, I'm referring to the PDF attachment added to the system receipt. As I mentioned in my post, I attached the JPG version here (for viewing purposes) but had uploaded it (to the checkout page I'd created) as a PDF. I had initially tried to upload it as a JPG but it only accepted the PDF version. So I know it had actually accepted my uploaded file.

        Good day!

        The upload is a 2 part process:
        1. Select the file
        2. Submit the upload - (uploads it to the server)
        Are you sure you have done both parts? See the image below:

        I logged to your account and see 2 checkout pages. Which one is the one you tried uploading a PDF file to?

        I am 99% sure you have not clicked on the submit button as shown by #2 in the image above.

        Please try again and let me know.
