  • Text box not multiline for ticket questions

I have a textbox to collect information on a ticket for a product and I need it to be multi-line as advertised in the directions, but when it displays it only allows one row of 30 characters. Is this a bug or do I need to configure this differently?

    Good day!

In the question if you choose multiline it should work- see below:

Thanks for your quick response! I don't think I was clear. The problem is in the "Ticket" section of a new product and not in the assign custom questions section. In the ticket section there is an ability to ask 2 questions. Both have an option of being a multi-line text box - but it is not working for me. Your attachment was for a custom question which appears per order. My questions needs to be per item/ticket purchased. The text box I get results in a max of thirty characters. See below:

        Good day!

We had to review the app - the text is wrong as the ticket does not have enough room to allow unlimited text in a multi-line. The design only allows for 30+ characters in a straight line.

An update is currently underway which will also have a correction for the text.
