  • Recurring Transaction Denied

    Hi Click&Pledge Staff,

    I had a recurring transaction to a customer's credit card declined. I see that in past posts, Click&Pledge staff were able to re-try the transaction. Can someone help?

    Customer: Niobe N.
    Transaction Number: 1415123440425108
    Amount: $235.00
    Date: January 5, 2014
